Description
Tewinkle Park has a lake with a surounding walkway that people can use to lap around it. There’s also a small manmade island in the center of the lake that’s accessed by a bridge. The bridge gives visitors the option to cross over the lake rather than doing a full loop. Several pine trees have been planted along the walkways. Lots of ducks are on the park’s premises, especially near the playground that’s next to the parking lot. This park is adjacent to the Orange County Fairgrounds, so it does get steady visitor traffic on the weekends and weekday evenings.
Fee if wanting to reserve
The park has three covered shelters. One for up to 20 people, a second for up to 50 people and a third for up to 100 people. Visit the city’s Parks Reservation Information Page for pricing.
