Park Overview and Fees
This park is more in the wilderness than others on the list. Upon entering, there is a parking fee that is usually collected by an attendant. The current fees are:
- Weekdays: $3
- Weekends: $5
Navigating the Park
After passing the attendant station, you can navigate to different areas of the park:
- Campground: Turn left.
- Picnic Day Use Area: Turn right.
Day Use Area Details
After turning right to the day use area, you will find several features:
- A picnic and playground area will be on the left.
- Further along the road are more picnic areas.
- The road then crosses Trabuco Creek and eventually leads up a hill to the Mesa Trail.
Mesa Trail and Views
The Mesa Trail area offers several amenities and views:
- First-come, first-served picnic tables are available next to the trail.
- Clear views of the Santa Ana Mountain ranges can be seen from the trail.
- Several parking spots and picnic tables run parallel to the road alongside the trail to enjoy the view.

Fee if wanting to reserve
