Description
There’s no officially designated parking lot for this park, but most visitors use the lot designated for the office complex in the back and take the stairs down. This park has a large picnic shelter, manicured lawn, a few oak trees, and some uncovered picnic tables. An unaltered nature channel is located right next to it, so wildlife could potentially use that channel to come down from Whiting Ranch Wilderness. It can be eerily quiet when visiting and yet peaceful too. Run by City of Lake Forest. The shelter currently cannot be reserved. Call (949) 461-3450 for more.
