Deer Den, Irvine Regional Park

The Deer Den is a reservable space inside Irvine Regional Park. Patrons should use the parking lot closest to the zoo and nature center to get to it. It’s located just off the parking lot’s south end (there will be signs). Ask the parking attendant for additional instructions on getting there if need be. While this space is uncovered, the picnic tables are well shaded by the surrounding trees. Unlike other reservable spaces inside the park, this one has a sink with the running water and an Amphitheater next to it. Rental policy for the Amphitheater is unknown, but it’s assumed it can be used without fees on a first come first serve basis. A potential scenario where the amphitheater could be useful when at the Deer Den, might be for a gathering that has a talent show for example.
