Description
The Athenaeum at Soka University is a conference building located on the far south end of the campus. The Tuscan inspired architecture, nicely landscaped back patio, and adjacent natural geography converge well together (see photos). The back patio overlooks Aliso Canyon and is the area most immersed in nature, making it an ideal ceremonial location. The front courtyard is often where receptions or formal dining events take place. Both the patio and courtyard are available to rent, and they can be visited anytime during regular hours of operation. If you’d like to check them out, just let the parking attendant know you are visiting on arrival. Note: The inside of the Athenaeum is not available for private rentals.
